Brussel Sprouts often get a bad rep but they are definitely worth adding to your diet.  Eating them boosts the body’s natural defense systems and promotes healthy DNA, which can be damaged when natural chemicals in the cells begin replicating faster than normal, such as in cancer cells.

This simple raw chopped Brussel Sprouts is so easy, tasty and healthy , you’re going to love it !

Quick Tip: It’s best to use whole Brussels. We recommend using a food processor for shredding/chopping. Using a knife to cut works too.
