Every Day

6:15am: Bootcamp. Calling my Ultra-Marathoners, Marathoners, Half-Marathoners, 10Kers, 5Kers, rowers, cross fitters, and YES the walkers for the best morning workout in Dallas, TX! 6pmBootcamp. Join FitXBrit and Core Fitness Dallas for a fun hour of sweating. Location: Klyde Warren Park.

Every Wednesday

6pm: Zumba. Practice all your best dance moves with Latin beats and other great music from around the world. Location: Klyde Warren Park.

Every Thursday

6pm: Yoga. BYOMat and join We Yogis for this uplifting class suitable for beginners and challenging for practicing yogis. Location: Klyde Warren Park.

Every Friday

6:30pm: West Coast Swing Dance. Bring your moves and enjoy a Free swing dance lesson from the pros.  On the fourth Friday, stay after the lesson and join the instructors for social dance until 10:30 p.m.  Location: Klyde Warren Park.

8pm: Yoga. Grab your mat and head to The Stoneleigh for relaxing poolside yoga. Cool off with a night swim afterwards! Location: Stoneleigh Hotel

8am: Heartful meditation. Experience a 30 minute meditation session every Saturday Morning. Location: Klyde Warren Park

8am: Tai Chi. RELAX. Breathe. Move! Join us for FREE Tai Chi classes in the park by El Centro College. Location: Klyde Warren Park.

9am: Kickboxing. Join fellow fitness enthusiasts for a free hour of cardio kickboxing to boost your mood and energy! Location: Athleta Turtle Creek.

10am: Barre. Grab a mat, and join Barre Code Design District as they take their classes to the great outdoors. Location:  Klyde Warren Park.
