6:15AM: Bootcamp. November Project Dallas organizes free workouts in Downtown Dallas you won’t want to miss! Expect lot of hugs, hi-fives and smiles! Location: available on their instagram account.
7pm: Run. Join Shack Track and Fields for a free community run on the 2nd Tuesday of every month and enjoy a complimentary drink on the Shack post-run! Location: Shake Shack.
