Moringa is one of the most nutritious superfood used throughout the world for its benefit on hormonal balance, digestion, mood, inflammation, skincare, energy and more. Moringa contains 8 essential amino acids, 46 antioxidants and more than 90 nutrients which makes it an excellent health booster.

Moringa  powder which comes from dried leaves is particulary superior to most superfoods as it is also a great source of fiber with 2x the amount of protein as yogurt, 3x the amount of potassium as bananas, 4x the amount of vitamins A as carrots, 4x the amount of calcium as milk, 7x the amount of vitamin C as oranges and 36x the amount of magnesium as eggs.

Moringa protects the skin through its natural antibacterial, anti fungal and antiviral compounds.  As a rich source of the amino acid tryptophan, it is especially beneficial for maintaining high energy levels, fighting fatigue, depression, mood swings and insomnia.  Therefore, moringa is an excellent addition for smoothies, shakes, soups, and yes… lattes !
